By accessing or using HENOZMECPAY ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
HENOZMECPAY provides a bill payment platform that allows users to:
- Pay electricity bills
- Purchase airtime and data bundles
- Subscribe to TV services (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes)
- Manage internet and Starlink subscriptions
- Fund and use a digital wallet
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
You must create an account using Google authentication to access our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Payments and Fees
4.1 Transaction Processing
All payments are processed through Paystack. You agree to pay all fees associated with your transactions.
4.2 Service Fees
We may charge service fees for certain transactions. Fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.
4.3 Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services (airtime, data, electricity tokens), refunds are generally not provided once a transaction is completed. Contact support for dispute resolution.
5. Wallet System
Our wallet feature allows you to store funds for faster payments. Wallet funds are not interest-bearing and are not insured. You may withdraw wallet funds subject to our withdrawal policies.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass our security measures
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
- Reverse engineer any part of our services
- Use our services for money laundering or fraudulent activities
7. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Paystack (payment processing), BuyPower (utility services), and Google (authentication). We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HENOZMECPAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that services will meet your requirements or be error-free.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HENOZMECPAY harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
